SHIPPING POLICY
U.S. ORDERS
On all orders of $75.00 and above we provide fast and free shipping to anywhere in the United States. Orders under $75.00 incur a flat $7.99 shipping fee.
All items ship via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for delivery. In some rare cases, shipping may be delayed. If the delay is on our end, we will notify you. We cannot be responsible for delays experienced by the carrier.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International Orders may incur delay due to customs, duty fees and transit. Expected arrival is up to 4 weeks from date of purchase. Shipping costs displayed in your shopping cart cover transportation costs only. Any additional fees including customs fees and duties will be charged to your original method of payment at a later date.
Due to constantly changing laws and regulations across the globe we leave it up to our customers to know and understand the specific laws surrounding hemp and CBD in their country. If for any reason your order is not delivered, we are happy to provide assistance, but we can’t be responsible for non-delivery or loss related to issues with Customs in your Country.

OUR RETURN POLICY
RETURNS
Except for recurring shipments delivered under our Auto-Ship Subscription Program you may return new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. (Return shipping costs are your responsibility.)
Auto-Ship Subscription deliveries are non-refundable, and Auto-Ship subscriptions are non-cancelable for the term of the subscription, so please try our products before subscribing.

If you are not happy with your bottle of Nesa’s, we want you to contact us. We’d like to see if we can help you get the results you were hoping for.
If the return is a result of our error – such as if you receive an incorrect or defective product – you will receive a full refund for the item and we will cover shipping costs.
EXCHANGES
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, or if it arrives damaged, we will exchange your item immediately at no additional cost to you.
REFUNDS
You should expect to receive your refund within two to four weeks from the date you send us your return package. This allows time for the delivery of your item back to us, internal processing and validation of your return, and for the time required by the bank to process our refund request.

HOW TO BEGIN A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Please contact us at support@nesashemp.com to begin the process for any returns, refunds, or exchanges. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number. This number must be included with your return shipment and any related correspondence.
